These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the T2India platform operated by Prakriti T2India Private Limited ("T2India", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

T2India provides an AI-powered travel planning platform for India-focused inbound tourism. Our services include AI-generated itineraries, city discovery, trip customization, booking facilitation, and travel consultation. We act as a facilitator between travelers and local service providers (hotels, transport, guides).

2. Account Registration

To access certain features (dashboard, itinerary saving, bookings), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. AI-Generated Content

Itineraries, city recommendations, and travel suggestions generated by our AI are advisory in nature. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or suggestions that may not suit your specific needs. You should independently verify critical details such as visa requirements, health advisories, local conditions, and pricing before making travel decisions.

4. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by T2India.
• Quotations provided are estimates and may vary based on season, availability, and specific requirements.
• Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions will be specified in your booking confirmation.
• Applicable taxes (GST, IGST, TCS as applicable under Indian tax law) will be charged as per prevailing regulations.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type and provider. Standard cancellation terms include:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Up to 90% refund (subject to supplier terms)
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure: Up to 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: Non-refundable (except in extraordinary circumstances)
• Specific supplier cancellation terms will override general terms and will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. User Responsibilities

• Ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) for your trip.
• Comply with local laws, customs, and regulations at all destinations.
• Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs before travel.
• You must not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the T2India platform — including text, graphics, logos, AI-generated itineraries, software, and design — is the property of Prakriti T2India Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

T2India acts as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for services provided by hotels, airlines, transport operators, or other third-party suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes).

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
