Description:
Although it is the famous picnic spot for the locals, this historical structure built by Nawab Sadat Ali Khan for the British Resident at his court in 1800, is in dilapidated condition today. The name of this place came to be Residency as most of the British residents of the court were put up here. The structure faced a great attack during the Mutiny in 1857 and the residents were locked inside this place.
